Directors and principals are permitted to develop news releases/newsletters to parents and teachers and other means of publicity as necessary to keep the public and school personnel informed of educational aims, processes, and the needs of the District. Copies of all such publications shall be forwarded to and reviewed by the Superintendent of Schools before distribution.

Any release or publication which purports to establish or interpret district policy shall first be cleared with the Superintendent or his/her designee.
