Technology Department

Welcome to the Lake Stevens School District Technology Department. Our primary purpose is to maintain the district's technology assets and information systems as well as providing district staff members with technical support. If you are a staff member and need technical assistance, there are three ways to enter a help desk ticket:
  1. Fill out the Help Request Form (preferred method of help request | Watch How-To Video)

  2. If option #1 isn't available (for example, if internet is down), please call 425-335-1500 x2005 (some requests can be resolved over the phone). If you get the helpdesk voicemail, be sure to include all the required information outlined in the Help Desk Protocol in your message.
  3. If neither of the first two options work, you can email with the required information outlined in the Help Desk Protocol and a ticket will be created.
