If you are a staff member and need technical assistance, there are three ways to request help:
Fill out the Help Request Form
This immediately creates a help request ticket and is the best method to request technical support.

If you are unable to fill out the Help Request Form , please call 425-335-1500 x1699 (some requests can be resolved over the phone). If you get the HelpDesk voice mail, be sure to include all the required information outlined in the Help Desk Protocol in your message.
- If neither of the first two options work, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the required information outlined in the Help Desk Protocol and a ticket will be created for you.
