Distribution of Literature and Other Materials

As part of our efforts to embrace innovative technology, be more environmentally-friendly, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we are transitioning from paper to electronic flyer delivery via Peachjar, beginning Monday, Aug. 25

To request flyer approval, please follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online on the respective school's website. 

Paper flyers will no longer be distributed. To reach families without Internet or Smartphone access, you may post one flyer in the school's main office, at the discretion of the principal.

On/after Monday, Aug. 25, 2014:   

  • Visit www.peachjar.com
  • Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type)
  • Upload your flyer for approval

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. We will review the material and approve or deny based on board policy. Please ensure that your flyer contains the following disclaimer:

The (Insert program name) is not a school district sponsored event. School districts have neither reviewed nor approved the program, personnel, activities, or organizations announced in this flyer. Permission to distribute this flyer should not be considered a recommendation or endorsement of the program by the school district. In consideration of the privilege to distribute this flyer, the school district shall be held harmless from any cause of action or claim arising out of the distribution of this flyer including all costs, attorney’s fees and judgment or awards. Although approving distribution of this information, the school districts do not assume responsibility for the content or activities described herein.

Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.
