Beyond High School night will be on October 8th, 6:00-8:00 PM in the cafeteria and commons with over 50 colleges, universities, military, apprenticeship, and employment representatives appearing. There will also be breakout sessions including: "writing the college essay", Everett Community College admissions, 4-year college admissions process, AP, and college in the high school. See the following list of attendees.
If you are interested in presenting your Culminating Exhibition on October 31st, see Ms. LaFortune in the Career Center to sign up...why not get it done now? You'll be glad when March rolls around!
Stop by the Career Center to set up a time for a COFFEE TALK. We'll discuss colleges, universities, and technical school options. How do you pay for those, what is financial aid? What is an apprenticeship and how do I apply for that? Get scholarship opportunities and learn more about where to look for scholarships.
Senior Picture Information
It is not REQUIRED that you have an outside photographer take school pictures. If you'd like to submit an outside photographer's Senior picture, here are some important details that you, your parents and your photographer need to know in order to ensure your picture makes it into the yearbook.
Career Center Use for Seniors
Need information on colleges, financial aid, scholarships, or how you are going to get where you want to go after graduation? You should visit the career center and talk with Ms. LaFortune ~ maybe sign up for a coffee talk. For quick access to all the information you need from the career center, check out the wall outside the center for updated posting & information pertaining exclusively to seniors.
