  • Highly Capable referral window open

    Referrals are now being accepted for the district’s Highly Capable (HiCap) Program for second- through fifth-graders. The referral window runs through Friday, Feb. 9.

  • November Attendance Awards

    November awards for the best average monthly attendance per grade level go to the following classrooms: Kindergarten: Mrs. Carter - 1st Grade: Mrs. Watkins - 2nd Grade: Mrs. Sherard - 3rd Grade: Mrs. Scott - 4th Grade: Mr. Hartmeyer - 5th Grade: Mrs. Reed and the overall highest monthly average goes to….Mrs. Watkins first grade class!! Congratulations!! Although we are promoting daily attendance, we really do want you to keep your child home when they have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, vomiting, or diarrhea. If you’re not sure whether to send your child to school or not, feel free to contact Nurse Jessica at 425.335.1517.

  • New kindergarten classrooms coming to Sunnycrest Elementary!

    It's exciting times here at Sunnycrest as we prepare for the addition of two new kindergarten classrooms. Much of the exterior will be constructed during the summer with interior work to occur when school is back in session. All construction work is expected to be complete in the middle of the 2017-18 school year.
