• Program Descriptions

    Open Swim
    Open to all ages and abilities.  Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times regardless of swimming ability.

    Lap Swim
    An opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to improve and/or maintain swimming skills and fitness. Children must be actively swimming laps and be able to keep pace with the slowest lap swimmer in the pool.

    Shallow Water Aerobics
    A class taught in the shallow water designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.

    Deep Water Aerobics
    Taught in the 12 feet with floatation equipment to support buoyancy and encourage proper form. Designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.

    Facility Rentals
    Times in the schedule set aside for private use of the pool.  Facility rentals include a half hour of deck time following the pool time.

    LSHS Swim Team
    Swim team practice and meets for both the girl's and boys high school swim teams.

    Storm Swim Team

    Masters Swim Team 
    An organized swimming club for adults looking to maintain fitness, train for open water, and the competitive swimmer who still has some gas left in the tank for meets and PRs.  For more information contact James Latham at (208) 329-0468 or jandjlatham@yahoo.com.

    REMINDER: Children 7 years old and younger or using a personal flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times regardless of swimming ability.
