An opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to improve and/or maintain swimming skills and fitness. Lap Swim times marked with an asterisk (*) will have 1 to 3 lap lanes available and may be sharing the pool with other programs.
Shallow Water Aerobics
A class taught in the shallow water designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.
Deep Water Aerobics
Taught in the 12 feet with floatation equipment to support buoyancy and encourage proper form. Designed to tone muscles, raise the heart rate, and maintain personal fitness.
Open to all ages and abilities. Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult.
Both group and private swimming lessons are offered through the pool. Private lessons are one-on-one instruction. Group lessons are based on age and skill level. Registration is required for both.
Times in the schedule set aside for private facility rentals.
Storm Swim Team Practice
An age group swim team for children. Practice days and times vary depending on age and ability.
REMINDER: Children 7 years old and younger or using a personal flotation device must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.
