Flyer Distribution

We use electronic flyer delivery via Peachjar to support environmentally-friendly, cost-effective communication between schools and families. Peachjar distributes school and community resources as digital flyers, helping us save thousands of trees each year.

Please note: We only approve flyers from non-profit organizations. Paper flyers are not distributed in our schools; however, you may request to post one flyer in a school’s main office at the principal’s discretion.

How to request flyer approval

1. Visit Peachjar and register your account as a Community Organization.
2. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for flyer creation tips and discount pricing.
3. In your account, go to “Post & Notify” to submit your flyer.
4. Learn about qualifying for the Community Free Flyer Program.

After submission, your flyer will be sent to our school district for approval. Once approved, it will be emailed to families and posted on each selected school’s web flyer board for your chosen duration.

Information for families

• Log in to your Peachjar account to adjust email frequency (daily, weekly, or opt-out). If needed, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your login.
• Add school@peachjar.com to your contacts to ensure delivery and select “always display images” when viewing flyers.
• Your email address is used only for approved flyer distribution and will not be shared.
