Annual Heritage Night Event

Join us May 7, 2025 for our 3rd Annual Heritage Night!

2024 Heritage Night Slideshow

In early May 2024, we hosted our second annual Heritage Night at Cavelero Mid High School. This vibrant event celebrated the diverse cultures in our district and our community, and brought people together to explore different cultures through educational booths, art projects and fun games. Attendees were treated to exciting performances throughout the evening. To top it off, a delicious dinner was served by the Food & Nutrition Services Department, with tasty desserts prepared by Lake Stevens High School’s Culinary Arts students.

Heritage Months

We observe Heritage Months to honor and recognize the contributions, achievements, and cultures of our community. These months are an opportunity to celebrate the histories and traditions of people from a multitude of backgrounds and to promote awareness and appreciation of diversity and inclusion - providing an opportunity for members of different backgrounds to come together, share our experiences, and learn from one another.
