Free Summer Lunch Program
Lake Stevens School District to offer free summer lunches at Sunnycrest Elementary
The Lake Stevens School District’s Food and Nutritional Services Department is pleased to announce that a Free Summer Lunch Program will be available at Sunnycrest Elementary School beginning Monday, June 26 and will continue through Thursday, Aug. 10 (closed July 3, 4, 5 and 6).
Food will be served Mondays through Thursdays from 12 to 12:30 p.m., with seating available in the cafeteria.
Any child or teen 18-years-old and younger is welcome to a free lunch; adults can purchase a meal for $4.50. Children must arrive during the service time to receive a free meal and must eat it on site.
When:
- Mondays through Thursdays from June 26 to Aug. 10, 2023
- Service time is from 12 to 12:30 p.m.
- Closed July 3, 4, 5 and 6
Where:
- Sunnycrest Elementary Cafeteria (3411 99th Ave NE Lake Stevens WA 98258)
- Enter through the side door of the cafeteria near the north parking lot
Service details:
- The daily menu will include hot and cold entrees, a fresh fruit and veggie garden bar and low-fat and nonfat milk.
- Open to the community. All walk-ins welcome! No registration required.
- Students can enjoy their meals in the cafeteria until 1 p.m.
