Welcome to the Information Technology department.
Our primary purpose is to maintain the district's technology assets and information systems as well as to provide district staff members with technical support.
If you are a staff member and need technical assistance, there are three ways to request help.
1. Submit a Technology Ticket in Incident IQ (IIQ)
- Submit a Technology Ticket
- Select the Google SSO option to sign in using your district Google credentials.
2. Email Tech Support
- The Tech Support email is techsupport@lkstevens.wednet.edu.
- Please include all of the required information outlined in our Tech Support Protocol and a ticket will be created for you.
3. Call Tech Support
- The Tech Support phone number is 425-335-1699.
- If your call goes to voicemail, please provide all the information outlined in the Tech Support Protocol in your message.
