Transcript Requests

Requests for high school transcripts

Please note that requests for high school transcripts do not need to go through a formal public records request. We do not keep copies of high school diplomas.

Current and former students of Lake Stevens High School can request their transcripts or an education verification by completing the designated form. Please note that transcripts cannot be requested over the phone, and email requests will not be accepted unless accompanied by the completed form. Transcript requests are processed weekly; however, please allow sufficient time for processing, especially during the summer or on non-school days.

Alumni in the Classes of 2025 and prior
Complete and sign the form below to request a copy of your high school transcript. Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone, by email or by a third party (i.e. a parent or guardian). *Once a student is 18 or in a post-secondary setting, we are required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) to have the student’s handwritten signature to release the transcript. 

If you would like to request a transcript or an education verification, please use the LSHS Transcript Request Form. Please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment of requests during our summer break, as these will only be checked once per week. Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone, by email or by a third party (i.e. a parent or guardian).
