Small Works Roster

Roster Application

In order to qualify for the Lake Stevens School District Small Works Roster, applicants must demonstrate the following:

1. Registered contractor in the state of Washington
2. Pay Prevailing Wage rates in accordance with RCW 39.12
3. Provide Certificate of Insurance with the roster application
4. Comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination and affirmative action
5. Contractor prohibits any employee from working at a public school who has been convicted of a child related felony specified under RCW 28A.440.330
