Curious if you are eligible to have your state college tuition paid for? The College Bound Scholarship application is quick and easy and needs to be completed by the end of your eighth-grade year. As a student taking the College Bound Scholarship Pledge, you are making an early commitment to keep your education, remaining in good standing and graduating from high school. For eligibility information please visit the College Bound Scholarship Program. Once you're considered eligible, the state commits to providing funding for four years of a state college’s tuition.
