• Distribution of Literature and Other Materials

    As part of our efforts to embrace innovative technology, be more environmentally-friendly, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery via Peachjar. To request flyer approval, please follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents/guardians at the selected school(s) and posted online on the respective school's website.

    Paper flyers will no longer be distributed. To reach families without Internet or smartphone access, you may post one flyer in the school's main office, at the discretion of the principal.

    Please note: We only approve flyers from non-profit organizations.

    Getting Started

    Here's where to start:

    • Visit www.peachjar.com
    • Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type)
    • Upload your flyer for approval (Note: Peachjar emails come in full color, so be sure to make your flyer noticeable.) 

    Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. We will review the material and approve or deny based on board policy.

    Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. For more information, please visit Peachjar.com or send us an email.

    Information for parents/guardians:
    You can login to your Peachjar account using your email address to set the frequency of the emails you receive. You may select daily or weekly emails, or opt-out of emails altogether. If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the prompts.

    To ensure smooth delivery of flyers, you can add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts. Note: add “school@peachjar.com” to your contact list just as written; do not change it to the name of your school @peachjar.com. When you receive your eflyers, be sure to click “always display images.”

    This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for helping us embrace technology while saving time, money and lots of trees!

    Community Free Flyer Policy

    Peachjar's Community Free (Free-for-Free) program was created to allow local community organizations offering free programs with no encouragement for future fees, paid services or vendor participation, to distribute their digital flyers to their surrounding schools at no cost. In an effort to keep flyers relevant to all parents, and to decrease the amount of approval requests received at all districts, effective September 1, 2017 Peachjar will limit Community Free (Free-for-Free) flyer distribution to one posting every 30 days for up to 25 schools per organization.

    Exceptions to this policy are available for organizations promoting free programs on a case-by-case basis in alignment with a demonstrated need for more than 25-schools, the number of schools in the district(s), and proximity to other Peachjar District’s. Community organizations can continue to promote free programs within any 30-days by using multi-page flyers and department specific Community Free accounts (i.e. City of Anytown, USA: Dept. of Parks & Rec, Dept. of Health, Fire Dept., etc.).

    Organizations interested in receiving a Community Free account must contact Peachjar directly by phone, Contact Us web request, or our online chat feature to request their account. Upon receipt of the request, Peachjar will ask the organization to provide the following information to evaluate qualification for a Community Free account:

    • To which school district(s) do you wish to distribute your flyer?
    • What is the exact number of schools to which you wish to distribute your flyer?
    • Are all events you distribute flyers about free, or do some encourager future fees, paid services or include vendor participation? (some organizations may need multiple accounts; paid & free)
    • What is the email address associated to your Peachjar account?
    • Rationale and justification for increase in distribution beyond 25-schools
    • Rationale and justification for increase in frequency beyond one per 30-days
    • Please provide a copy of your flyer for review.

    Community Free requests are handled in the order received and processed in the most expedient manner possible to best support the organizations that are doing good for their communities. All community organizations must plan accordingly for Community Free account request review and determination, as well as, district approval time to ensure adequate time is provided to distribute the flyer in the time desired.
