• Dessert Culinary Prep
    Welcome to Culinary Prep! This is a one-semester course dealing with foods and nutrition. The course is designed for students who find food fun and interesting. You will plan and prepare meals for yourself, class members, and guests. Topics include nutrition, consumer buying, International and American foods as well as exploring careers and current issues related to the food industry. This is a course for those who enjoy furthering their experiences in the many aspects of food. Tech Prep credit pending from Lake Washington Institute of Technology for students earning a "B" or better for the semester.
