  • Math in Real Life

Through the Math in Real Life project, our students have discovered that our families use math in a variety of ways every day. But we want to discover more!! We are anxiously awaiting to see how many different ways our families use math. At this point the project is exclusively for 5th-grade families. We need your slides as examples for the younger grades so we can open it up to all grades soon.

  • Awesome New Tile Wall

Thank you Hillcrest PTA, families and friends. Our incredible PTA took on a massive project, spearheaded by Melissa Rohr, and LOOK at the final product! Each student and staff member has a personalized tile on the wall across from the library. It's heartwarming to watch the kids and they look for the tile they created, the tile of their teacher, and appreciate the artwork of their classmates.

  • Hillcrest Hawks: Girls on the Run!

They built up stamina to run/walk a full 5K. The day of the event was cold and wet. There was much more accumulation of snow in the park than what the rest of Lake Stevens experienced. All bundled up, the girls charged forward and ran anyways proving that they were stronger than they knew! Thank you, Girls on the Run coaches!
