CTE in Lake Stevens
Lake Stevens Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs are offered to 7th - 12th grade students at Lake Stevens Middle School, North Lake Middle School, Cavelero Mid High School and Lake Stevens High School. CTE offers inquiry driven, hands on course work focused on current academic and industry standards.
Courses are designated to specific Program Areas. The five Program Areas offered in Lake Stevens include:
- Family & Consumer Sciences
- Skilled & Technical Sciences
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Business & Marketing
- Health Sciences
CTE Graduation Pathway
Students may use CTE courses as a part of the High School Graduation Pathway. A student may meet this graduation pathway option by completing a sequence of CTE courses. This includes:
- 2.0 High School Credits in the same CTE Program Area
- Access to CTE Dual Credit (College Credit)
- Access to Industry Recognized Credentials
