Welcome to the Lake Stevens School District Technology Department. Our primary purpose is to maintain the district's technology assets and information systems as well as to provide district staff members with technical support. If you are a staff member and need technical assistance, there are three ways to request help.
1. Fill out the Help Request Form
If you need to create a SchoolDude User account, read our How to Enter a Help Desk Ticket (PDF) document.
2. Email the Help Desk
The Help Desk email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include all of the required information outlined in our Help Desk Protocol and a ticket will be created for you.
3. Call the Help Desk
The Help Desk phone number is 425-335-1699. If your call goes to voicemail, please provide all the information outlined in the Help Desk Protocol in your message.
