Requests for High School Transcripts

Please note that requests for high school transcripts do not need to go through a formal public records request. We do not keep copies of high school diplomas.

Requests
If you would like to request a transcript or an education verification, please use the LSHS Transcript Request Form. Please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment of those requests during our summer break, as these will only be checked once per week. Transcripts cannot be requested over the phone, by email or by a third party (i.e. a parent or guardian).
